Dorothy Young
CEO, SilverCarrot Group
Dorothy has over 20 years of Operations and Finance experience in the Media, Marketing and Entertainment space. Dorothy joined SilverCarrot from The Ogilvy Group where she spent 11 years most recently as Chief Client Operations Officer. As the CCOO she integrated the "back office operations" for the different marketing organizations in North America and managed all aspects of Ogilvy's clients' financial and operational management. While at Ogilvy, she spent seven years as the CFO of both Ogilvy & Mather and Ogilvy One. OgilvyOne is one of the leaders in the digital marketing and media space, Dorothy was there through the .com boom, bust and recent hyper-growth.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Dorothy was a Senior Manager in the Entertainment & Media practice at Price Waterhouse. She is a CPA and received her BBA from Pace University in New York.
Phil Schechter

Prior to joining SilverCarrot, Schechter was a principal with commercial real estate brokerage and investment companies Kerik Realty Brokerage Services and Philcor Property Investments. Schechter was also an active investor and trader in securities of publicly traded companies. From 1996 to 1997, Schechter served as an investment real estate broker for Insignia Mortgage & Investment Company. Previously, Schechter sold more than $1.5 billion in properties with The Balcor Company, a national real estate syndication and investment firm. With an emphasis on leasing and property disposition, Schechter also handled domestic and international consulting assignments for the American Express Company. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
Schechter earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
Trish Donoghue

Trish Donoghue oversees SilverCarrot Inc.'s financial operations. Prior to joining SilverCarrot in 2006, Trish worked as a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP, one of the Big Four global accounting firms. Trish worked in the New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee offices during her 6 year tenure with Ernst & Young, supervising audits on an array of companies from major not-for-profit health care systems to manufacturing companies to corporate barter companies.
Trish earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Connecticut in 2001 and acquired her CPA certification in 2006.
Mark Cicatello

Mark is an experienced marketing executive with over 20 years experience in sales and marketing. He has a diverse background in technology, business intelligence, direct marketing, CRM strategies, software development, and general marketing services. His career has focused on the integration of technology and strategy to support consumer driven marketing programs for brand building, lead acquisition, customer loyalty and cross channel marketing.
Mark was most recently with Ogilvy & Mather, where he was a Director of Analytics, and led the measurement and reporting practice for Ogilvyís Chicago office. In that role he was responsible for growing the Chicago analytics team and setting the strategy for developing client offerings in the areas of business reporting, web analytics, data visualization, media analytics, and cross channel media optimization.
Prior to joining Ogilvy, Mark was at Wunderman as a Vice President of Database Marketing. There he led successful marketing engagements for Sears, Philip Morris, Pepsi, Nabisco Brands and Roche Pharmaceuticals. Before entering the agency world, Markís career centered around the consumer packaged goods industry, working in various sales and marketing roles. Mark started his career working in the toy industry for Fisher-Price toys.
Mark has degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Alfred University. He is also a former U.S. Marine who now enjoys doing battle on the golf course.

Richard J. Brekka
Mr. Brekka founded Dolphin in 1998. Mr. Brekka is Chairman of the Board of Gomez, Inc. (the leader in web application experience management),and a board member of Enpocket, Inc.(a provider of carrier-grade mobile media, mobile marketing and mobile advertising services), Epic Cycle Interactive (an Internet services firm providing integrated e-business solutions), The Guild (leading online source for artist-made home décor products shipped direct from artists' studios), InQ (an outsourced online chat services company), Island Data Corportion (enterprise feedback management solution), and SeaPass Solutions Inc.(an on-demand connectivity solutions for the insurance industry), which are Dolphin portfolio companies. Mr. Brekka has specialized in software as a service, mobile content, communication services, and internet investing for nearly 17 years.
Prior to founding Dolphin, Mr. Brekka was a Managing Director of CIBC's private equity investment unit and the President of CIBC's U.S. private equity investment subsidiaries. On behalf of CIBC, he served as a director on the board of 10 communications companies. Representative investments included Telesystems International Wireless, Orion Network Systems, Transit Communications and OneComm Communications. Prior to joining CIBC, Mr. Brekka was with Chase Capital and led the investments in Nextel and DisCom Communications. Prior to becoming a private equity investor, Mr. Brekka was an account officer at Swiss Bank Corporation from 1984 until 1987.
Mr. Brekka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
Bob Dorf, General Partner,

Mr. Dorf has three decades of hands-on experience of growing successful companies and forming strategic alliances between prime movers across a variety of industry sectors. An early proponent of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Mr. Dorf was President and CEO of Peppers and Rogers Group, the world's preeminent CRM consulting practice, and he is the co-author of The One to One Fieldbook.
Prior to that, he spent two decades as founder and CEO of Dorf & Stanton Communications, a top communications and public relations firm. Dorf & Stanton was the nation's 8 th largest independent public relations firm when Mr. Dorf sold it in 1989.
Victoria Katsov, Partner, Wall Street Technology Partners
Victoria Katsov joined Dresdner Kleinwort Capital in 2000 and is a partner in Wall Street Technology Partners LP. She has experience in originating, structuring and monitoring venture capital transactions. Ms. Katsov has worked with, and made investment in, a number of enterprise software, wireless technologies, security, storage and retail companies. She is also an active board member and observer of a number of technology companies and was actively involved in structuring and negotiating investments in Apriso, Avexus, Avista Labs., ClearCube, iWitness (acquired by Zantaz Inc.), MetaStorm and Saqqara.
Prior to joining Dresdner Kleinwort Capital, Ms. Katsov was with a Los Angeles-based venture capital/incubator firm focused in the emerging technology, Internet, and biotech fields. Earlier, she worked in the investment banking division of Salomon Brothers in New York , where she participated in M&A advisory assignments and capita raising for commercial banks and finance companies.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Katsov did cancer related research at the National Institutes of Health. Her research was published in well-respected science magazines.
Jordan Levy, Managing Partner, Seed Capitol Partners, SOFTBANK Affiliate Director
Seed Capital is SOFTBANK's early stage east coast venture fund focused on Internet companies. Prior to co-founding Seed Capital Partners, he was co-founder of ClientLogic and co-founded Reciprocal, Inc., the leading provider of enabling technologies in the Digital Rights Management space.
Previously, Jordan was Executive Vice President of Ingram Software, now known as Ingram Micro. Jordan currently serves on the Board of Directors of Reciprocal, Inc, Electron Economy, CKMP, firstsource.com and was Chairman of Cobalt Networks.
